Home care timekeeping
The visit, recorded.
A caregiver clocks in at the client's home, does the work, and clocks out. The office sees the visit without a phone menu.
TendingTrails is not a state-approved EVV system, and it is not certified with Sandata.
One visit, three marks.
The phone is the time clock. Location is recorded only when someone clocks in or out.
-
01
Clock in
The caregiver opens the visit and the phone saves the time and the place.
-
02
Do the work
Before clock-out, each chore is marked done or not. Nothing gets skipped in silence.
-
03
Clock out
The visit closes. If a time or a chore was wrong, the office can correct the record.
What the office sees
A desk view of the same visits, not a second system to retype.
- Who is on a visit. Active visits show up as they happen.
- The history. Past visits stay with their times, place, and chores.
- A correction path. A bad clock time can be fixed, with a record of the change.
